Shree kali sah Sanjay Lal is the original shop in Silao which manufactured 52 layered crispy and tasty sweets named Khaja. The Khaja is invented by their forefather Shri Kali Sah around 150 years back and his name has become the brand for this sweets.
It resembles modern patties. They manufacture both sweet and salt in taste. The main ingredients are: maida, wheat flour, refined oil or pure ghee,sugar or salt.
